Litchfield Auto Repair was amazing! I asked for an oil change and 30k mile body review, on which they found damage due to off-roading activities. They suggested repair, provided feedback and showed the damage to myself and my step-father. We were able to view the damage while the car was on the lift and given great detail about how modifications to the car might cause further damage. I highly recommend this auto shop for their honesty, thorough understanding and kind nature

Alex and Jenn did a great job of communicating. They called and got authorization for the repairs needed. Our Honda is repaired and we are thankful.

We had some issues with our odometer and speedometer not working, as well as the check engine and ABS light. We brought it in with a tight budget in mind. While we didn't hit our budget goals, the explanation of necessary and optional work was thorough and clear to reach our desired fixes. All around fantastic experience

I have been a customer in the past and just recently took my Toyota in for an oil change. Just got tired of sitting at dealers waiting rooms for 3-4 hours. Made an appointment at Litchfield Auto Repair for a time that allowed me to wait for the car. The car was taken to the service bay upon arrival and I was out of there in 30 minutes. Everyone was professional and courteous. The customer waiting room was comfortable and clean. Recommend this business to anyone looking for excellent service and management.
