Great service and professional and friendly staff!! My truck needed a new battery and oil change and it was done in about 4 hours.

My ac started to stop and go. It's August in Arizona and I have a 15 month old. There's just no way to be without ac this time of year. Driving to the mechanic I trusted just wasn't and option between the heat and being stranded with a baby. I saw Litchfield's had some seriously good reviews (I actually don't think I saw a bad review between here and google!). I was shocked that they do a FREE diagnosis and had a shuttle service. I talked to two very awesome people there and booked my appointment for early the next day. Their waiting area was clean and comfortable and they had a tray with muffins and pastries, fresh pot of coffee and a water dispenser. Dreading the thought of dragging my kiddo along I was pleasantly surprised to see they provided free wifi too! So we sat any watched Bubble Guppies while they checked out our car! Even with the massive monsoon stalling the parts delivery I was in and out and on my way in under 4 hours! Everyone there was super friendly! They were so quick I didn't even have to bother with moving my car seat and going home. But it was nice to know if I wanted to they not only would have taken me home they would have come and picked us up if we needed to when we were done! Great service but the added bonus of not having to worry about lining up a ride or having to get a sitter was enough to make them my go to mechanic! They make the entire process as painless as possible and just the savings in diagnosis fees alone saved me $75(on average from all the shops I called around to). I can't say enough! They were great all around!

Thank you guys so much. I had to tow in my car so I thought they were going to put the screws on me. Instead I got an honest quote and a good fix. Alternator changed out and an oil change. Thanks again guys for being honest. I like the loyalty card and I will be back for future maintenance.

We were in search for an honest mechanic and are very thrilled to have found Litchfield Auto. We were referred by another business owner. They took care and time verifying the issue we had. They were very friendly and informative. They were convenient to schedule with and had our vehicle back same day. There was a misunderstanding about what all needed to be done as a couple of items were optional. They went above and beyond to make things right. We plan on switching over to Litchfield Auto for all our vehicle needs. They were also reasonably priced when we had the work bid in comparison to other shops.

Phil rocks he is very helpful and will explain the problem in laymen terms so you get what is going to be done. He will also show you if you like what needs to be done as well. I will keep going here from now on. Thanks Phil for being honest and have Pride in your work.

Okay I have yelped 1 time in my life, but this one is worth it. I drive a 2004 Honda Civic with nearly 200K miles. I've been to countless mechanics across Phoenix attempting to fix various things on my car. I am so glad I finally found a place that is honest, ethical, nice, and knowledgable. Phil is the owner and makes you feel like you're top priority. He is 100% honest and gave me a list of things that I eventually needed to fix as well as the priority that should be attached to them. His advice was to "chip away at the issues" rather than the "we need $3,000 from you today to fix everything because your car is not drivable" rhetoric I am used to hearing. It's like taking your car to a family member if your family member knew cars like the back of their hand. Wherever you live in the Phoenix area, swing on over to Goodyear next time you have an issue with your car. The additional money you spend on gas will be saved by not being ripped off.

Great auto service experience. Totally happy with workmanship. All work done right the first time. Excellent service, quality work, and fair pricing. A mechanic who truly listens ... and treats you right!!!

First time here at the shop and I had a good experience being a picky Chicagoan. Looks like a family owned and operated business and I love that because they treat you with respect. It's not a typical building its in a suite, but the signs helped me find the right place. I saw the reviews and had to come here. The guy that's working on my car did a good job explaining to me what's wrong with my car. I'm a female it's hard to understand car stuff, but he explained to me so I was able to comprehend what he is saying, haha. Had to order a part, but labor cost double the car part, which sucks, but it is what it is you know? Definitely will come back if I have any problems with my car again. I'll spread the word for you guys too! :) ***Only thing is it's sooo cold in there my nose is about to fall off! 64 degrees is a bit too cold.
