I've been to this shop on three occasions and had excellent experiences each time. They checked over everything and helped me prioritize what my budget could handle now and what could wait a little longer. I really appreciate their willingness to answer questions, their fair pricing and fabulous customer service! A definite recommendation to family/ friends!

If I could give 6 stars I would. They staff is wonderful. Friendly and ready to help you in whatever way possible. Fast, reasonable and completely professional service. I feel lucky I found them, amazing who you meet in a parking lot at Walmart. So glad I asked Phil for his card and that he had one to give me. Thank you again

Great customer service, excellent communication, fair, honest, and amazing to work with. I spent two months, 5 visits and over $600 at a dealership to fix my differential in my Toyota Tacoma to no avail. I was told that I had to replace my entire rear differential because they couldn't fix the leak. I found Litchfield Auto Repair online and after reading all the reviews I went for an estimate. Not only did they fix it quickly, cost effectively and with step by step communication all along the way, but they provided me with proof of mistakes made at the dealership so I could get my money back from that dealership. I will never go to another mechanic again. Phil the owner personally worked with me and was meticulous in the work and with how my vehicle looked upon pickup. Great place. You won't regret it.

After taking my truck through emissions 3 times and it failing, I didn't know what to do! I remembered my friend telling me about this place so I called them up while I was still at the emissions testing facility. They told me to bring my truck in and they would take a look. Tamara told me that they would take care of it and not to worry. I was called the next day and it was ready to go. I got there and they told me they had already taken it through emissions for me and it passed!!! I was so relieved. Sitting in that box is so stressful- especially for the 3rd time! Thank you guys so much for taking care of my truck and having it ready so soon!!! I will definitely be back!

They aren't making up the "fair and honest mechanic". That is the least you can say about them. They are fast friendly and reasonable. All the staff I have encountered have been over the top helpful, friendly and thankful for my business. So I am thankful for their service! What a wonder experience. I hope to never have a major issue with my car(s) but if I do, I now know that I have a trusted and reliable source for repairs. In my opinion, if you need something done, check here first!
