Auto Repair in Goodyear, AZ

Have not had the service but am not impressed by the driving. Saw this SUV around Thunderbird and the 101. He first turns left even though there was a pedestrian in the crosswalk, then swerves into the other lane (it was a double left turn), then swerves back into his own lane. When I got closer I saw the driver was on the phone, and he continued to be on the phone for as long as he was within my sights.

I love these human beings. First of all, they are all over customer service. It is their calling card. In addition to doing THE best job on your vehicle they are in constant contact with you. They go beyond their expectations when I needed information from my insurance company..they took on the task to get the information. Unbelievable customer support!

I started going to Litchfield Auto because a friend went to work for them. I always trusted him with my car. I knew I found a place I could also trust with my car. They stand behind their work and they are honest and top notch.

I am very pleased with the work that Phil's team did on my car. I was bracing myself for the worst. I was pleasantly Surprised that my electrical problems was a corroded battery cable. Phil got me back on the road when he said he would. I had a problem with the towing company and Phil got involved and got me a full refund. If you are looking for an honest and hardworking mechanic you NEED to stop by! Phil and all of the mechanics take the time to explain what is needing to be done and won't ever make you feel like your car is going to blow up if you don't get stuff done right away! The office staff are some of the best people I've ever met and are welcoming to every customer that comes in. My husband just bought a used truck and the team at Litchfield Auto Repair did a great job diagnosing and fixing some minor issues we had come across. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable.
