If I can give this auto repair shop 10 stars I would! They went above and beyond the call of duty to fix my truck. I was moving my daughter into college, driving from California when my truck lost power. I was referred to this facility by a friend in the area. Phil and Tamara were absolutely amazing. They were able to squeeze me in on a Friday at 11 AM. And had my truck fixed before 5 PM when they closed for the weekend. I am extremely grateful for Phils knowledge of knowing exactly what was wrong with my truck and fixing it quickly when he had an already booked schedule. You will not be disappointed bringing your car to this facility they are knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and fast. It is comforting to know that my daughter has a facility to bring her car to if she were to ever have a problem with her car, being so far from home. I am confident they would give her the same reliable service as they gave to me

AMAZING mechanic shop. Hands down the most honest place I’ve ever been too. They will show and back their work up. This is not one of those cheap hack mechanic shops. You pay to get true work done. You’ll never find another place like this, I promise. Solid 10/10.

Over the years Litchfield Auto Repair has been my go to Mechanic for Camry, Lexus and Mercedes , no complains. I highly recommend them, great customer service and professionalism.

My car has been inoperable for the last week. so last week I called Litchfield Auto Repair to schedule an appointment and said they only had availability on tuesday (6 days in the future). So I said fine I will come in tuesday, low and behold I have now waited a whole week just for them to tell me they see nothing under my name whatsoever meaning I sat around for a whole week doing nothing on a car that needs an immediate fix and they wasted my valuable time - literally a week! Taking my services elsewhere now

Are you kidding? Phil, AKA Dr. Phil runs a great shop. It's getting more and more difficult to find anyone that will work on a 30 year old Mercedes. I had two problems that stumped every so called Mercedes specialty shop in the Phoenix area. At one place they had my car for 2 months and fixed nothing. Dr. Phil has a guy that is an absolute wizard. Not only did they fix the car in 3 days at very reasonable price, he even ran the car through the emissions station where it passed with flying colors. Excellent, excellent, excellent.

Outstanding. I have been around automotive repair shops my whole life and one of the hallmarks of a great shop is cleanliness and orderliness. This is perhaps the cleanest shop in town, with staff that is well trained, courteous, and bottom line - good at their jobs. Honesty was evident from the moment I walked in. The vehicle was actually put on a lift and inspected before the diagnosis was attempted. Also a great sign of an honest shop. I won't name the shop where I drove up and was given a diagnosis with no inspection at all, where the item that needed repair was not what was completed at Litchfield Auto, and where the price was triple what I just paid. This is my new mechanic (just moved into the area). Did I mention their courtesy van service? The fresh to order coffee in the lobby? The loyalty program? See for yourself. I am extremely satisfied and delighted that my friend referred me to Litchfield Auto.
