As always -- GREAT service!!!!! I've been a customer for over 6 years and am NEVER disappointed. I took my 81 Corvette in for some maintenance (tail lights didn't engage, windshield wipers didn't work, radio antenna didn't retract) and they fixed everything!!!! This is a 40 year old car and parts are hard to find, yet Litchfield found em!!!! Also took my 2001 Corvette in for a battery drain problem upon picking up the 81, the reason for the drain was quickly diagnosed and fixed in one day!!!!! Phil and his crew are GREAT!!!! It's a family run business, everyone is friendly and willing to help no matter what!!!! Honest and fair!!!! I don't go anywhere else for auto repair -- my wife takes her car in for everything as well!!!! If you need your car fixed and fixed right at a reasonable price -- this is the place to go!!!! PERIOD -- END OF STORY!!!!!

Litchfield auto Will never fix anything that is not needed from the office staff Tamara Mike and Mark they are amazing when you call them on the phone they are very pleasant to talk to they have the knowledge of doing business right that is why I will continue to have our fleet and personal cars fixed there at least I can go to an honest auto shop and be treated fare and honest thank you for all of the great work. Phil is also great he very knowledgeable and will never fix anything that is not needed we will continue to use Litchfield auto for all of our vehicles very honest and reliable thank you again for an amazing experience.

My go to auto shop. Professional. They get straight to the point, and whatever they charge you is what you get. I've had my truck worked on here cause I don't like how other places charge. And i haven't had any issues after maintenance so that's a plus in my eyes.

Best mechanic out there. Brought my truck in with a huge oil leak. The truck was making sounds on acceleration and just lacking performance. They advised me of everything that was wrong with it and got it fixed quickly. This is by far the most professional auto repair shop I’ve been to. Unbelievable service. I was in the middle of a busy day and ran something over while driving in this neighborhood. My car was making a terrible sound and I was afraid to drive on the highway. I called 2 others shops in the area and explained my problem, that it could potentially be a quick fix. Both refused to look at my car until the next morning. I pulled into Litchfield auto repair and was immediately helped. My car was back to me in 5 minutes, and they were serving multiple other customers at the same time. Not only that, but they sent me on my way free of charge. They earned my future business, and they deserve to serve you as well. Thank you!

Spoke with Phil, he & his wife are the owners. He was so friendly, took the time to explain everything to me answered all my questions & being a female its hard to get good, quality, reliable, trustworthy automobile work done & not feel like they're blowing smoke up your rear or totally taking advantage of you. Phil new exactly what he was talking about & saved me from purchasing a lemon. He even guided me on a few cars that are great cars & good on gas. I will recommend everyone I can here with no hesitation. My dad was my only mechanic all my life until old age hit & he could no longer get under the cars to fix them. So I know a good hearted genuine mechanic when I come across one & that is not often in fact its rare! Small business great business.

The customer service at Litchfield Auto is the best, and there is truth in their adds they are honest with pricing and their work is excellent. They have worked on my two cars a 74 Chevy Nova, 03 GMC Seirra and my daughters Buick LaCross fixing the problems right the first time. I will continue to call them on any future issues with my viehicles and recommend them to anyone that needs service in their viehicle. Thanks Litchfield Auto excellent service.

I had a transmission issue and had to pay to get an estimate. They said the transmission needed replaced or rebuilt. They were the only ones who knew Nissan had some extended warranties for the transmission and recommended that I check with them. He was right, but Nissan only extended it to 85,000 miles and my car had 104,000 miles on it. I had another estimate and they offered to replace the "Valve Body" and if it didn't work then go for the rebuilt or new transmission. The "Valve Body" is working and it was $2000 cheaper than a rebuilt. Litchfield Auto Repair didn't offer this option. If you have a Nissan, get rid of it before the warranty expires and check to see if your vehicle has an extended warranty for it's transmission!

Wonderful friendly service! I had an issue with my trunk and stopped by. The woman there came out and helped me right away!
