Auto Repair in Goodyear, AZ

This was my first time at Litchfield auto. I made an appointment and was there on time. The staff was very pleasant. They changed the oil, rotated the tires and inspected the entire vehicle. They were done in less than 1 hour and the price was good. I will be back for sure.

Love this repair shop for maintaining our vehicles! They call/text with updates, don’t proceed with repair until the customer is aware of the cost, and no surprises at pickup time. It’s ready when promised, and cost is way better than a dealership. No attempt to upsell something you don’t need. I’ll be back for sure!

The staff was very friendly and courteous! All of them were welcoming, got the service done quickly and explained what was completed. The waiting room was also very clean and comfortable.

I took my vehicle to Litchfield Auto and they were telling me I needed a new engine. I got a second opinion and come to find out I just needed an oil catch can replace due to a crack. I do not recommend going to Litchfield Auto due to the lack of skill and knowledge of vehicles. They were trying to charge me 11K to fix my vehicle and when I got a send option it ended up costing me $850 to get the issue fixed. Highly do NOT recommend. Please get a second opinion and a third opinion before making a decision.

Phil and his crew took care of my truck within a week. Dealer wanted to keep my truck for 2 months before diagnosing it. LAR got the transmission replaced and programmed quickly. Obviously it wasn't cheap but I needed it ASAP! It's been 2 months and no complaints

Honest and great service. They are efficient and always have a great price. I was quoted $1500 for a job at the dealership and Litchfields did it for $800 and twice as fast. I would recommend to everyone.
