Excellent work at a reasonable price, staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

We have gone to Litchfield Auto Repair (LAR)since the first day we moved to AZ. We drove across the desert and got to our temporary rental late at night. The car would not even turn over the next morning. We went on FB and asked for local recommendations for auto shops, Litchfield Auto was the overwhelming favorite, with good reason. They got us in that day and fixed us up with a new alternator. We have gone to them time and again over the last six years, and have never been disappointed. There have been a number of times when we thought a problem was much worse than it turned out. LAR could have taken advantage of my own lack of automotive expertise, but never has. They have always correctly diagnosed and fixed any problem, and their estimated price has always been the final price, except a few times when a problem was not as extensive as first thought. As long as they are there in Goodyear, and we still own a car, we will ALWAYS go to Litchfield Auto Repair. I recommend them without reservation.

I can't even express in words how at peace this shop makes me. I have gone to them 4 times for 2 separate cars, and every single time, they are completely honest and always fairly priced. There is wifi, water, coffee, a bathroom, cool air, and comfy seating if you decide to stay. If you need shuttle services, they have a personal truck, and one of the employees will take you home and pick you up, free of charge. (He literally told me not to tip him. He didn't want it) I just got a new car and had 2 things to be fixed - instead of selling me on them doing the full replacement, they wrote up proper notes for me to take to my dealership to have completed for free. I'm beyond happy with Litchfield Auto. I have only had great experiences with each person, and have found my dedicated shop! Thank you team!

There was an issue with the AC on my car. I took it to them to have it checked out. It turns out the repair was potentially in the thousands. They could have told me that to see if I could afford to pay it out of pocket. Instead, Mike did some research on the issue. It turns out it is a warrantied repair that has to be done at the dealership. This type of honesty is something I truly appreciate. I highly recommend Litchfield Auto Repair to anyone looking for an honest mechanic!

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would!! Brought my Toyota Prius in after getting it serviced elsewhere. After their service, the dashboard warning lights looked like a Christmas Tree with every warning light lit up or blinking. That shop told me I’ll need to take it to a Toyota dealer because it hey can’t fix it. After Checking Google reviews for repair shops in the area. I choose Litchfield Auto Repair. I was at their mercy thinking anything electrical on a 12 year old car could cost a fortune. In less than 24 hours, they called me to tell me problem solved. $89!! Thank you so much Litchfield Auto Repair for not only the quick turnaround, but most importantly your integrity!! I will never go to anyone else!!

Today my son took his vehicle in to Litchfield auto and I was highly upset with the outcome. I ended up calling the shop and after Mike, the manager explained everything to me and I explained everything to him. We came to an agreement that there was a misunderstanding tomorrow the situation will be rectified and, I am thankful that Mike reached out to me and was giving me the opportunity to vent my frustration on how I felt about the service and that he made it right and from this point on they have a customer for life.
